What I offer
Through R. M. Prozessfinanzierung GmbH, I take on the financing of civil proceedings. The focus is on two topics: reclaiming separately charged loan processing fees and reclaiming losses from online gambling without an Austrian licence.
Many people who turn to me do not realise for a long time that they are entitled to anything at all. The bank collected the fee, the casino paid out and clawed it back, and no one objected. I look at exactly these cases and tell you whether reclaiming is worthwhile.
Assessing your case costs nothing. The litigation itself is conducted by cooperating lawyers, and the litigation costs are borne by R. M. Prozessfinanzierung GmbH. Only if successful does it retain from 35 percent of the amount awarded, the remaining amount is paid out to you. Exactly how high the fee turns out depends on the effort and complexity of the case. What drives me
I have led R. M. Prozessfinanzierung GmbH since its early days. Since 2021 I have accompanied more than 2,000 proceedings in which over 70 million euros were claimed in Austria. Behind that figure stand just as many people who once did not know how to go on.
I speak with them almost every day. Some lost money to online casinos without an Austrian licence. Others paid loan fees over years that were never admissible in that form. Many come to me feeling it is their own fault, or worried that it is long since too late. No one is to blame, and whether there is still time, I will tell you as soon as I know your case.

What you can rely on
Anyone who entrusts me with a case should be able to rely on three things:
Transparency from the first question
Before you sign anything, you learn where you stand. Assessing your case costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You receive an open assessment from me of how proceedings would run, which amounts are at stake and what can remain for you in the end. The fee from 35 percent applies only if successful. I discuss its exact amount with you before you decide, not in the fine print.
Discretion that goes without saying
Talking about money you have lost is not easy for anyone. That is why I treat every case confidentially. What you tell me stays between us. As long as you only have your case assessed, no one learns of it whom you do not let in on it yourself, and I never approach the people around you unbidden. I use your information solely for the assessment and for the proceedings you commission. You determine how fast or slowly you proceed.
An open ear, during and afterwards
Proceedings often drag on for months, sometimes for years. During that time I remain personally reachable. You hear the status of your case from me, not from a hold queue and not from changing contacts. Even after proceedings conclude, you can turn to me, whether with a follow-up question or a new case. Anyone who has worked with me once does not call into a void.
Process
How an enquiry works
You describe your case to me via the form, by email or by phone. To begin with, what you remember is enough. I will tell you afterwards which documents are needed, you do not have to prepare anything. I assess your case free of charge and tell you openly how I rate the prospects of success. No upfront payment for lawyers applies. Only afterwards do you decide whether to sue. The litigation is taken on by the cooperating lawyers, and I accompany you through every further step.
