Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafenstraße 35, 4020 Linz, Österreich. The server location is in Österreich / EU. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is automatically stored in server log files, such as IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, volume of data transferred and browser and operating system details. Contact form and getting in touch
When you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (such as name, email address, phone number, chosen topic and your message) in order to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as the processing serves the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship, as well as Article 6(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of your consent. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
Newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, we process your email address and, as proof of sign-up, the time of sign-up and your IP address. Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure: you first receive an email asking you to confirm your sign-up. You only receive the newsletter after your confirmation.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email and thereby withdraw your consent with effect for the future. Your data is stored for the purpose of sending the newsletter until you unsubscribe.
For dispatch we use the CleverReach service provided by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede, Germany. CleverReach processes the data as a processor on the basis of an agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR; dispatch takes place from servers within the EU.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To protect our forms against automated input (spam, bots) we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. In doing so, technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device is transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated there. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing misuse pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

This website uses technically necessary storage technologies as well as, after your consent, optional statistics and marketing services. Recipients and third-country transfers
Recipients of your data are the hosting provider and the spam protection service, the newsletter service provider in the event of a newsletter sign-up, and, after your consent, the Google services mentioned.
