What the reclaim is about
The assessment examines whether the processing fee agreed in the contract can be reclaimed. The decisive factors are the specific contract, the time it was concluded and the particular clause.
Calculation example
With a loan amount of 700,000 euros and a processing fee of four percent, the reclaim amounts to 28,000 euros. Of this, 65 percent, that is 18,200 euros, goes to the enquirer. The success fee of R. M. Prozessfinanzierung GmbH is from 35 percent, that is 9,800 euros. In addition, there is statutory interest, the amount of which depends on the year the contract was concluded.
