The operator is TechSolutions Group N.V. (registration number 144920), Curacao. Founded in 2023. The Cyprus address Parthenonos 5, Flat 103, 2020, Nicosia serves as payment agent. Betlbl.com/de returned 404, and betlbl.com/terms-and-conditions did too. Direct footer verification was not possible. The licence OGL/2024/590/0758 comes from indirect sources and was not verified directly via the CGA register.

Legal assessment

Online casino offerings aimed at Austrian players require a licence in Austria. Without this licence under the Gambling Act, the underlying contract is void. According to the settled line of the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH), losses can be reclaimed retroactively for up to thirty years.
