What we know about Gamdom

According to our research, the contracting party for Gamdom is Smein Hosting N.V. (Curaçao, registered office Zuikertuin Tower), based in Willemstad, Curaçao. The platform holds a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority (OGL/2024/424/1065 (LOK licence, active); transition to an Anjouan licence announced since September 2025).

Legal assessment
