According to our research, the contracting party of Golden Star is Dama N.V. (Reg. No. 152125, Curacao), based at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao. The platform holds a licence from the Curacao Gaming Control Board (OGL/2023/174/0082). The parent company is the Dama N.V. group.

The submission named Novatrix S.R.L. and Costa Rica. According to the About page and several consistent external sources (including dama-nv.eu), the operator is Dama N.V., Curacao. Novatrix SRL is a sister company of Dama N.V. but operates other brands.

Legal assessment
