No. HE419583, Cyprus), based in Curacao; billing agent: Nicosia, Cyprus. The platform holds a licence from Curacao (application/certificate OGL/2024/822/0338).

Legal classification

Online casino offerings aimed at Austrian players require a licence in Austria. Without this licence under the Gambling Act, the underlying contract is void. According to the settled line of the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH), losses can be reclaimed retroactively for up to thirty years.

Online poker is also subject to the Austrian gambling monopoly according to the OGH line and therefore requires a licence. Providers without an Austrian licence breach the Gambling Act, the contracts are void, and stakes can be reclaimed.
