OPERATOR CORRECTION: According to several sources and the terms and conditions, Jet4Bet.com is operated by Hollycorn N.V., not by Stable Tech N.V. Stable Tech N.V. operates other brands (HollyWin, CosmoBet, DonBet). The direct website was blocked, so the data comes from search results. A second address in some sources: Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad.

Legal assessment

Online casino offers that target Austrian players require a licence in Austria. Without this licence under the Gambling Act, the underlying contract is void. Under the established line of the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH), losses can be reclaimed retroactively for up to thirty years.
